Description:
Framing is the backbone of any structure—and once you understand how it works, it becomes one of the most satisfying and empowering skills in carpentry.

In this five-day, hands-on class, you’ll learn the core principles of stick framing by building a real shed that will live at Hammerstone’s downtown shop for years to come. Together, we’ll lay out and construct the full structure from the ground up, gaining a clear understanding of how each component contributes to a strong, square, and lasting build.

This class is open to beginners and experienced builders alike. Whether you’re new to tools or looking to deepen your framing knowledge, you’ll leave with practical skills, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of how structures come together.
