Description:
A great way to refine your woodworking skills is through box making. Little boxes don’t require a lot of material volume, so you can experiment with more expensive wood varieties. You can build beautiful boxes that are accessible to all skill levels, choosing more advanced joinery techniques as your skills improve. In this introductory class, we focus on the relatively straightforward, yet elegant, splined miter joint, using a variety of wood species and finishing techniques to create a beautiful keepsake box.
